Pickup point: Calle San Gallo 1073/A - San Marco, Venice (1 minute walking from St. Mark's Square). The shop is located near the Trattoria al Gallo D'Oro.
Pickup and drop-off times: Collect your audio guide at any time from 8:30 am through 4:00 pm. Please return your audio guide at the latest at 7:30 pm.
Please Note: When you pick up your audio guide at the office (1 minute walking from St. Mark's Square), the staff will explain how to use the audio guide. The device is light and easy to use. Choose which building or site you want the description of and simply listen to the explanations. Kindly remember you will be required to leave an id document in order to pick the audio guide up. You will get it back as soon when you return the device.
Reservations must be made at least 2 days in advance.
Cancellation Policy: Once confirmed, bookings can be cancelled without penalty until two business days preceding the visit. For later cancellations and no-shows, no refund is possible.

PLEASE NOTE: Immediately after submitting an order, you will receive two email. The first email contains your order summary (this one you receive immediately after placing your order), the second email confirms your successful payment (one business day after placing the order). In order to receive these two emails, please make sure that you enter your email address correctly and check that antispam or antivirus filters do not block emails from our [email protected] address. Rialto Bridge. The very first bridge over the Gran Canal is today the most famous intersection in Venice. Your audio guide will tell you about its history, its frequent reconstruction and the art work decorating it.
St. Mark's Square (Piazza San Marco). It is the only “piazza” in Venice. Immerse yourself in the European Middle Ages and see many of the city's most famous landmarks.
Doge's Palace. Explore the palace from the exterior with your audio guide descriptions. If you decide to visit the interiors of the Doge's Palace, you'll be conducted through its elegant rooms, discover the vicissitudes of the Venetian State from its origin until the fall of the Republic, and you’ll also receive an introdcution to the many masterpieces of art.
St. Mark's Basilica. Introduction to the exterior, and, if you like, you can enjoy the interior of this masterpiece of Byzantine art. The audio guide also covers the Pala d'Oro, an exquisite example of Byzantine art with thousands of gems and precious stones.
During the walking tour in San Marco square you will also hear about Saint Mark’s Campanile (the bell tower), the Procuratie Vecchie and Procuratie Nuove (office buildings), the Napoleonic wing, and the clock tower.
Cancellation Policy
Once a confirmation code has been assigned to the reservation we can refund the cost of unused tickets minus a service fee (reservation fee and online booking fee) up to 3 business days before the visit. No refund is possible for a cancellation less than 24 hours before the visit, and for no-shows.
